Caitlin Roberts, a proud native of the Greater New Orleans Area, brings cultural insight and a people-first approach to her work as a Medicare & Health Insurance Agent for White Wave Strategies. With a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of New Orleans, Caitlin’s appreciation for diverse perspectives helps her connect with clients in a way that feels both personal and professional.

Today, Caitlin helps clients understand their options, navigate Medicare timelines, and choose coverage with clarity and confidence. Known for her warm communication, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through, she builds trust through education and dependable support. Outside the office, Caitlin enjoys sewing and creating art, reading voraciously, and volunteering at her church.
